• · Certificate of Good Health, attesting to the   child's fitness to perform physical activity.

For children entering the 4 year-old class:

• · Audiometry
• · Language and Speech Evaluations
• · Certificate by an Ophtalmologist

For children entering the 5 year-old class:

• · Oral Health Certificate
• · Certificate by an Ophthalmologist (children   admitted for the first time only).
• · Audiometry and Language and Speech   Evaluations (children admitted for the first   time only)

2 year-old class: must turn 2 years old before the first of July.

3 year-old class: must turn 3 years old before the first of July.

4 year-old class: must turn 4 years old before the first of July.

5 year-old class: must turn 5 years old before the first of July.

At the time of admission:
